Job Objective

The HR Officer (Specialist) will handle specialized HR functions including Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Recruitment, HRIS, Employee Relations, Engagement, and Compliance—ensuring process efficiency, data accuracy, and alignment with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing, benefits administration, and government contributions.
  • Oversee recruitment for various roles and coordinate training, organizational development, and engagement programs.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, OT, and tardiness; prepare timekeeping reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws; handle employee relations and prepare documentation.
  • Maintain and optimize HRIS operations, generate HR reports, and coordinate DOLE and other regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee fleet, telecom records, billings, and supplier coordination.
  • Supervise HR assistants and recommend process improvements.
  • Organize safety drills, monitor compliance, and report incidents.
  • Process procurement, billings, and disbursements related to HR/Admin.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a specialist or supervisory role.
  • Strong background in labor law compliance, payroll systems, HRIS, and government reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Registered Psychometrician or HR/Training/Safety certifications are an advantage but not required.
  • Willing to work onsite in San Rafael, Bulacan (Greenhouse Farm) and occasionally in Makati (Rufino Ayala Avenue) if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
