- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for all talent acquisition-related matters.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on talent acquisition best practices, market trends, and innovative recruitment strategies.
- Conduct in-depth market research and benchmarking exercises to provide clients with valuable insights on industry trends, talent acquisition strategies, and practices specific to their hiring requirements.
- Utilize recruitment data and analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive recruitment strategies and improve decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of leadership experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on end-to-end recruitment, team management, and client management.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, techniques, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful recruitment strategies for attracting top talent.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a diverse team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment technology platforms, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant HR tools.
