We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of IT Technical Support Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical background in service desk, telco, or network support and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues using problem-solving skills and technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Document and escalate complex technical issues to senior technicians for further assistance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 6 months to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a BPO environment.
  • Strong technical background in service desk, telco, or network support.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
