At MIESCOR Builders Inc., we are looking for a skilled HR Staff to join our team in Anonas, Quezon City. As an HR Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for leading projects to identify, correct and re-engineer HR processes to ensure quality data.

The ideal candidate will have a Graduate degree in BS Psychology or Human Resources, with a preference for Industrial Engineering course. You will support the validation and updating of International employee data onto SAP and to the Master Data, process separating and clearances of the employees, lead mass data change projects and processes, and maintain currency of documented processes.

In addition, you will administer, analyze and track system access requests for HRIS (SAP HR), HRMR (HR Measurement & Reporting), TalentLink modules and Workforce Analytics (WFA). You will also provide daily oversight of the HR Data Steward mailbox, ensuring data access authorizations in accordance with privacy controls.

Your responsibilities will include developing requirements documentation and conducting analysis of HR data access system change requests with impacted areas/owners. You will raise awareness of system access gaps, risks or concerns to management & SAP security team to arrive at a sound business solution.
