About the Role

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Associate - Learning & Development.

The role involves managing HR operations, training and development activities, and promoting effective communication within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Document and maintain the training plan baseline.
  • Assist in executing training activities aligned with the training plan.
  • Compile and prioritize a list of recommended attendees for training programs.
  • Help identify and evaluate training providers.
  • Prepare and organize training-related documentation.
  • Manage logistics and support pre/post-training activities.
  • Co-facilitate/facilitate training sessions and programs.
  • Update training records and maintain the training calendar.
Requirements
  • HR Management and Training & Development skills.
  • Experience in HR Operations and Human Resources (HR).
  • Ability to develop and implement training programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
