
Remote Customer Resolution Specialist

We're looking for Collections Specialists who are persuasive, professional, and results-driven. They will help customers resolve outstanding balances while maintaining a respectful and empathetic approach.

Responsibilities:- Contact customers regarding overdue accounts via phone and email.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements.
- Update account information and payment statuses.
- Follow up on broken promises and missed payments.
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Maintain detailed records of all collection activities.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly collection targets.

- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Fluent in English.

- Familiarity with debt collection laws and practices is a plus.
- Previous experience in collections or customer service preferred.

Work Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
