
Senior Customer Success Manager

The Account Growth Specialist will manage a portfolio of high-value accounts and lead customer engagement throughout their lifecycle. The role involves developing and implementing growth strategies to achieve desired customer outcomes, identifying opportunities for additional product and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction and value.
About the Role:- Manage key accounts accountable for engagement and satisfaction over the lifetime of the customer
- Establish strong relationships within the customer, ensuring regular check-ins to understand and address client needs and concerns
- Develop close relationships with key decision-makers in customer accounts and leverage these during the lifetime of the customer
- Partner with the customer to build a joint plan for growth, maintaining a detailed understanding of customer's business to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, engagement, and adoption of our technology
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience to support our brand promise of delivering superior cybersecurity outcomes and to facilitate the cross-sell and upsell of services and products
- 3+ years' experience in account management or growth roles, additional experience in sales or business development is a plus
- Experience dealing with high-value accounts with significant spending power
- Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships, and comfortable being accountable for driving growth with customers
- Fluent Japanese speaking ability to cater to Japan market
