Remote Customer Service Representative

MCI seeks a skilled Customer Service Specialist to provide exceptional support to clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and promoting products and services in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat platforms
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer queries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Upsell and cross-sell MCI's products and services to existing customers
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall service quality
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in call centers or sales environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with CRM software and other productivity tools
