Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist with expertise in Xerox multifunction printers and copiers. As the primary point of contact, you'll deliver top-notch remote support and customer care to our clients.

This role involves troubleshooting common issues, guiding users through steps, and remotely accessing systems to resolve problems. Your strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and ability to work independently or escalate appropriately will be key to your success.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls, gathering essential information from clients, including device model/serial number and issue description.
  • Diagnose and resolve common issues such as paper jams, print streaks, and driver problems.
  • Provide clear, professional, and supportive customer communication throughout the troubleshooting process.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of service activities in our CRM system, including timestamps, machine details, issue descriptions, and resolution status.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior technicians with clear documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of direct technical support experience working with Xerox printers and copiers.
  • Strong knowledge of multifunction printers, copiers, and common hardware/software issues.
  • Proficiency with remote tools, such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc., to access and configure customer systems securely.
  • Excellent spoken and written English to deliver clear, empathetic, and professional support.
