This role is a critical part of our support team, responsible for managing and resolving escalated customer issues. As a specialist in this field, you will be the primary point of contact for high-priority customer complaints, disputes, and sensitive issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Resolve Complex Issues: Act as the primary point of contact for high-priority customer complaints, primarily via phone. Utilize exceptional verbal and written communication skills to de-escalate and resolve complex problems from start to finish.
- Critical Thinking: Think critically to solve complex problems and take ownership of issues throughout their resolution process.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure timely resolutions.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrate emotional intelligence and empathy in all interactions with customers.
- Critical Thinking Mindset: Possess a critical thinking mindset and be able to think proactively to solve complex problems.
- Zendesk Proficiency: Be proficient in Zendesk and telephony systems.
