Key Role

We are seeking ambitious professionals to assume a key role in high-value prospecting.

This is an entry-level position with guaranteed base pay and uncapped bonus potential, perfect for individuals who are goal-oriented, coachable, and ready to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new prospects through outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute targeted outreach campaigns to high-value prospects.
  • Sales Outreach: Make introductory calls and clearly communicate the value of call center outsourcing and staffing solutions.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the executive team.
  • CRM Management: Log all interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to refine targeting strategies.
  • Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives around services to engage and convert prospects.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 20+ words per minute
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS
  • Highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated
  • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills
