We are currently seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to guarantee customer satisfaction on our e-commerce platform and company website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints via email and chat.
  • Provide accurate product information, order details, shipping, and return policies.
  • Assist customers with navigating the website, placing orders, and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to address customer concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring issues to proactively address them.

Maintain high professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers to build trust and loyalty.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years of customer service experience required.
  • Experience with customer service tools preferred.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to prioritize customer needs.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms is preferred but not required.

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in using email, chat, and other communication tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
