Job Title: Community Engagement Specialist

In this key client-facing role, you will possess a blend of strong project management, writing, and client relationship skills, as well as the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

You will leverage creative and technical expertise to support the health and engagement of insight communities by executing a range of subscription services for our clients using our SaaS platforms within a managed services team.

Our clients rely on us for timely and accurate delivery of these projects to maintain community health.

This is a hybrid role with flexible working hours. The selected candidate must be able to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute community member engagement initiatives including:
    • Member Hub Engagement Services: Writing and publishing engaging content for members, such as web posts, newsletters, quick polls, and more
    • Community Health Services & Metric Reporting: Gather metrics, including participation rate, to report on community health and engagement service success
    • Governance: Attend regular client meetings to plan engagement calendars
  • Foster ongoing relationships with clients
  • Program and deploy community surveys using proprietary SaaS platform
  • Support Customer Success & Sales by collaborating with customers to adopt best practices provided by Alida
  • Inspire clients to think strategically about how communities can support business needs by providing day-to-day tactical functions
  • Deliver exceptional service
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications preferred
  • 5-7+ years of social media, marketing, project management, or client management experience
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with ability to tailor written content across industries
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with keen eye for detail
  • Excellent time management, organizational, project management, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced cross-functional environment
  • Progressive mindset with strong initiative
  • Strong aptitude for technology and desire to learn new software
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
