Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing customer success plans, working closely with senior customer executives, Enterprise Architects, IT Management and Developers.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of DevOps and agile concepts, application development and deployment tools. Experience with public cloud providers and Kubernetes based solutions is highly desirable.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in enterprise software from a customer success management, technical consulting, technical project management, technical sales, support or QA perspective.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently deliver consultative type customer facing engagements.
  • Practical knowledge of cloud computing and containerization technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team.
