
Client Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to strengthen our client relationships and support initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and walkthroughs for clients.
- Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption.
- Act as a key communication link between our organization and clients, ensuring queries are resolved promptly.
- Manage client interactions, updates, and pipelines in HubSpot CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to align solutions with customer needs.
- Collect client feedback and provide insights to internal teams for product improvements.
- Track and report on customer success metrics, adoption rates, and overall account health.
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or BCA with BSBA, MBA (Marketing/Sales specialization).
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in client engagement, customer success, or pre-sales roles (internships considered).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM (or similar CRM/marketing automation tools).
- Tech-savvy, quick learner, and detail-oriented.
- Analytical skills to understand client needs and identify opportunities for value addition.
- Proactive, customer-focused mindset with eagerness to grow in the SaaS industry.
