Job Description

This role involves managing and processing accounts receivable. The primary responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, analyzing collections, and summarizing receivables. This position also involves working with customers to resolve issues and ensuring timely payment of invoices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and research invoices, returns, and credits.
  • Maintain accurate records and analyze collections.
  • Update and summarize receivables.
  • Assist in resolving customer inquiries and ensure timely payment of invoices.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
