We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to join our team as a Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely revenue posting, managing customer account subledgers, analyzing AR aging reports, designing collection strategies, and supporting sales audits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AR and Revenue Analysis:
    • Ensure revenue is posted accurately and on time.
    • Analyze and reconcile payment discrepancies.
    • Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies.
  • Manage Customer Account Subledger:
    • Match receivables and ensure proper matching.
    • Analyze AR aging reports to identify and address unpaid invoices.
    • Design and develop collection strategies.
  • Doubtful Accounts Management:
    • Evaluate doubtful accounts and recommend write-offs if necessary.
  • Sales Audit Support:
    • Provide requested documents and explanations to external auditors.
  • Credit Management:
    • Evaluate credit limits for customers and minimize potential risks.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Accounting, or related field.
  • Strong accounting understanding and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus).
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
