
Business Growth Leader

MCI, a leading business process outsourcing company, seeks an experienced sales development representative to drive business growth by identifying, qualifying, and scheduling high-value leads for our sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and tech-savvy sales professional with a strong background in B2B lead generation and CRM systems. As a sales development representative, you will leverage your expertise in platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage outreach, track engagement, and ensure seamless handoffs to account executives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Applying B2B sales strategies to identify and research prospects across target industries
- Generating and qualifying leads via outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
- Using CRM tools to manage lead data and track engagement
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all lead interactions and activities
- Communicating the value proposition of products/services clearly and persuasively
- Qualifying leads based on budget, need, timeline, and decision-making authority
- Scheduling meetings and product demos using CRM-integrated scheduling tools
- Aligning lead generation efforts with sales and marketing strategies
- Providing feedback on lead quality and campaign performance
- Meeting or exceeding KPIs related to outreach, lead qualification, and CRM usage
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential B2B clients
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales development, lead generation, or similar roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal communication skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
