Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

The role of Senior Marketing Manager entails leading the end-to-end development and execution of field marketing activations, trade merchandising, and digital engagement strategies that drive lead generation and sales conversion.

  • This position will oversee the Marketing Team and work closely with Sales to bring campaigns to life in project catchment areas.
About The Role:

The ideal candidate must possess a commercial mindset and be able to execute like a creative brand leader, grounded in the sales funnel approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-impact field activation campaigns to drive foot traffic and qualified leads to project sites.
  • Create on-site merchandising plans including key visuals, POP materials, booth set-up, and collaterals.
  • Design and lead the customer journey for target segments.
  • Develop creative concepts for marketing touchpoints aligned with the buyer journey.
  • Ensure marketing programs are rooted in sales funnel logic.
  • Champion collaboration across sales and digital teams to align content, messaging, and timing of campaigns.
