The company is growing rapidly, and we're looking for a skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team. This role will play a key part in helping us manage and grow our business effectively.

About the Role

The Senior Financial Analyst will work closely with various leaders at Thumbtack to help drive business growth and profitability. This involves providing thought leadership and financial analysis support for new initiatives, as well as partnering with other teams to ensure effective cost management and accurate forecasting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and forecasting.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize resource allocation.
  • Support the development of strategic plans and budgets to drive business growth.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling tools and software.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
