Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role within our organization. As a seasoned Business Development Manager, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment where results drive recognition.

This is a hands-on position for someone who can own the sales cycle, coach junior representatives, and potentially take on additional leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning outbound sales execution, closing 3-4 new clients per quarter, particularly in high-growth sectors
  • Leading outbound efforts, refining messaging, and developing new campaigns for impactful roles
  • Participating in discovery and proposal calls with prospects, guiding them from interest to contract signing
  • Building and coaching a lean sales engine, mentoring a junior lead-generation researcher to maintain a full calendar
  • Collaborating with email marketers and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to boost outbound performance
  • Maintaining accurate reporting in Salesforce and tracking conversion metrics
Requirements:
  • 3-7 years of closing experience with US/UK staffing or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) firms
  • Proven success in achieving annual sales targets exceeding $1M
  • Strong knowledge of direct-hire placements, especially in healthcare or accounting
  • Comfortable working with SDRs and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in Salesforce
  • Driven, process-oriented, and ambitious for growth into a leadership role
