Business Development Representative Job Description

This is a full-time position responsible for increasing sales revenue by identifying and qualifying leads, executing introductory calls, and assisting senior management in closing new business deals.

The Business Development Representative should be familiar with both BPO service offerings and call center solutions. They will be responsible for promoting our services to the healthcare, financial, legal, and professional home service sectors throughout the United States.

  • Identify and qualify leads through prospecting, emails, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • Develop strategies to market to prospective clients.
  • Schedule customer meetings and conference calls with prospective clients to effectively present our company and product.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales metrics and revenue targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of sales experience required; BPO experience preferred.
  • Candidate must be eager to learn and develop a career in the digital services industry.
  • Strong ability to learn new technologies, organize, and be adaptable.
  • Consultative communication and negotiation skills by video and in writing.
  • Excellent time-management, analytical thinking, and issue-resolution skills.
