
Professional Sales Representative

The Role of Business Development Professional is pivotal in our organization, responsible for cultivating, maintaining, and expanding relationships with strategically important large customers.
This position necessitates strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients. The Business Development Professional will collaborate closely with the Regional Director to achieve sales targets and strategic objectives in assigned vertical markets.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, be able to analyze customer needs, and develop effective solutions to meet their expectations. This role involves a high level of autonomy, requiring self-motivation and discipline to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establishes and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in assigned territories or market segments.
- Promotes and sells company products and services through relationship-based approaches.
- Cordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet performance objectives and customer expectations.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned markets.
Accountabilities and Performance Measures:
- Develops clear and effective written proposals and quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups.
- Analyzes territory/market potential and determines customer value to the organization.
Organizational Alignment:
- Reports to the Regional Director.
- Enlists support from sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
- Closely coordinates company executive involvement with customer management.
