
Sales Experience Professional

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be the key to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity to partner with global technology leaders and support our sales teams in their efforts to drive business growth and success.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of relevant working experience and possess knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word and Excel. They must also be able to handle confidential information with complete integrity.
Main responsibilities include maintaining quote documentation, preparing quotes for contract renewals, ensuring client information integrity in database systems, managing Excel, performing bookings and booking reconciliation, growing skills and expertise to perform quality assurance, and identifying areas for improvement.
In addition, the successful candidate will focus on meeting customer needs, communicating effectively with Senior Sales Support staff and management, handling medium to high priority escalation items, maintaining Knowledge Base Tools, and participating in KMIP methodology in daily activities.
