Customer Acquisition Representative

This is an excellent opportunity to excel in a sales-driven role where you will be the first point of contact for families interested in our portrait sessions.

Your primary responsibility will be to connect with parents via phone, generate enthusiasm about our studio experiences, and successfully book their portrait sessions. This position is ideal for sales professionals who thrive on achieving targets, enjoy engaging conversations, and wish to contribute to a mission-driven organization.

The key responsibilities include making outbound calls to warm leads, managing inbound calls, SMS, and email inquiries from interested families, booking qualified studio portrait sessions, establishing rapport and enthusiasm with parents, addressing objections with professionalism and confidence, accurately documenting customer interactions in a CRM system, and consistently meeting individual and team KPIs.

Qualifications
  • A strong motivation, persistence, and comfort working in a metrics-driven environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in phone-based inside sales or call center sales.
  • Excellent communication skills: confident, persuasive, and personable on the phone.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated by commission and performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
