Strategic Talent Development Manager

About the Role: In this role, you will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. You will provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time. Your expertise will also be sought after by managers who need trusted advice on HR-related matters.
Talent Acquisition: You will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent. This includes developing innovative sourcing strategies and employer branding initiatives that showcase our company culture and values. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
Performance Management and Development: Lead the implementation of performance management systems to drive accountability and productivity. Identify training needs and facilitate learning and development programs to support career growth and professional development. Develop and maintain a high-potential talent pipeline that fuels future business success.
Employee Relations and Engagement: Address employee concerns and provide guidance on workplace issues. Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and high engagement among all employees. Lead initiatives to assess and improve employee satisfaction and retention, ensuring a positive work environment that drives job satisfaction and loyalty.
HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies. Update and communicate HR policies and procedures as needed to ensure clarity and understanding among all stakeholders. Handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism, upholding the highest standards of integrity and discretion.
Organizational Development and Change Management: Partner with leaders to manage organizational change initiatives effectively. Conduct organizational assessments and recommend structural or cultural changes to enhance performance and achieve business objectives. Support mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring activities as required to drive growth and innovation.
Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Sociology, Humanities, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment strategies.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in data analysis and HR metrics to drive informed decisions.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, plus additional benefits including an HMO with 2 free dependents, medical allowance/reimbursement, performance bonus, Christmas cash gift, 15 SL and 15 VL, leave conversion, and other exciting benefits.
