Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent across various lines of businesses in Business Operations/Technology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform end-to-end sourcing and recruitment, ensuring that we attract and engage the best candidates for our open positions.
  • Manage multiple requisitions across various lines of businesses, working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, leveraging your expertise in process and organizational improvement within Talent Acquisition processes.
  • Partner closely with recruiting, business, and HR advisors to ensure alignment on interview processes, candidate evaluation, and sales.
  • Ensure efficient and cost-effective recruitment processes, including management of employment agencies.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in technical and end-to-end recruitment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to grasp new concepts quickly.
  • Strong analytic skills, with the ability to balance candidate pipeline with hiring needs.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This position also comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
