Executive Secretary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Secretary to join our team at Prestigious Law Firm.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Secretary in a law firm setting, with a strong educational background in secretarial or a related field. They will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook), and demonstrate typing speed of at least 40-45 wpm.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to lawyers and other staff members.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Develop and implement effective filing systems and maintain confidentiality.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Secretarial or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Secretary in a law firm setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
- Typing speed of at least 40-45 wpm.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
