Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description:
As an Office Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Management and Operations Administration teams. Key duties include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional manner.
- Screening phone calls and routing them to the appropriate party.
- Taking detailed minutes during meetings.
- Organizing schedules of drivers and vehicle assignments.
- Assisting with the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Maintaining equipment inventories and ensuring the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and calling for repairs when necessary.
- Providing general support to Executive Management and Operations Administrator in handling requests and queries.
- Receiving and reviewing admin-related invoices before forwarding them to the Accounting Team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful as an Office Secretary, you will need:
- A graduate degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years' experience in the field.
- Working knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
