About the Role
Aspiree is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Metro Manila. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of success in sales or business development.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in OB clinics across the region. Your primary objective will be to consistently meet and exceed lead quotas, while also managing and executing activities in clinics and hospitals to drive business outcomes.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a valid driver's license. They will be required to travel extensively within Metro Manila, working Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays. A competitive salary package is offered, with an estimated monthly income of PHP 80,000 - 120,000, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
- Drive growth and expansion in OB clinics across Metro Manila
- Consistently meet and exceed lead quotas
- Manage and execute activities in clinics and hospitals to drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with marketing teams to conduct scheduled clinic blitzes
- Liaise with doctors, clinics, and hospitals for training and FACT inspection fulfillment
- Update competitors' information in clinics in a timely manner
- Provide complete leads details, proper schedule records, and daily reports
- Ensure proper recording, processing, and timely release of OB honorarium and secretary incentives

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel extensively within Metro Manila
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of success in sales or business development
