Technical Support Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, identifying and resolving technical issues, and maintaining clear and concise communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in technical support and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related field

In addition to the above qualifications, it would be beneficial if you have experience with H.323 and SIP protocols, PBX systems, network administration, and programming languages such as Java and Python.
