Job Title: Automotive Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled automotive technical support specialist to provide expert assistance to dealerships and customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes, with experience in electric vehicle, infotainment, and hybrid technologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, or chat
  • Analyze reported problems, identify root causes, and provide clear solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using the company's CRM system
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve products and services
  • Stay updated on the latest vehicle technologies through continuous learning and training
Requirements:
  • Automotive Technology degree or certificate preferred
  • Certifications: State or ASE Certified
  • Minimum 2 years hands-on experience as an Automotive Technician (dealership preferred)
  • Expert understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair processes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think critically and provide effective solutions under pressure
