Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional assistance, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing technical support and guidance.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, helping customers navigate step-by-step solutions.
  • Document all interactions with customers in our ticketing system, maintaining accurate records of issues and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with other technical support team members and escalate issues when necessary to ensure timely resolutions.
  • Contribute to creating and updating user manuals, FAQs, and other help resources to enhance the customer experience.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record in a technical support or customer service role.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
