We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing technical assistance and resolving issues for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware, software, and network systems
  • Configure and maintain computer systems, networks, and peripherals
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies
  • Experience with Cisco routers and switches is a plus
