Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled IT Professional to provide technical support and maintain Microsoft Admin Portals, VOIP systems, and Windows-based environments.


  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 Admin Portals (users, licenses, security policies)
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot VOIP phone systems and call routing
  • Support and maintain Windows systems including user accounts, remote access, and patching
  • Provide Tier 1-2 support and incident resolution
  • Document processes and technical procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:


  • At least 3 years of experience in IT systems administration or support
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Admin Portals and Windows environments
  • Working knowledge of VOIP systems (setup, call flow, SIP configuration, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Work Setup

This is a part-time position that requires working from home. The schedule is 9 AM – 1 PM EST (9 PM – 1 AM PH Time) subject to change.
