Family Empowerment Specialist

We are seeking passionate and empathetic individuals to join our organization as Family Empowerment Specialists.

The Role

This is not your typical sales or customer success position. You'll be working with real families with real human problems, and your role is to empower them to access care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive the family empowerment function, managing training pipelines and supporting best-in-class clinical training.
  • Uplift families by guiding them through the healthcare maze and being their biggest cheerleader during highs and lows.
  • Partner with technology, clinical, and product teams to advance our mission.
  • Build a thriving community by coordinating meet-ups, introducing families to each other, and organizing events that empower them to rely on one another.
Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as social work, psychology, or education.
  • At least 1-4 years of experience in sales, customer success, or a related field.
  • Excellent project management and process execution skills, with ability to handle complex initiatives and set goals.
  • Experience in business analytics and performance measurement, or willingness to learn.
  • Deep empathy, tenacity, charisma, and patience.
