The Role

As a member of our team, you will work closely with families and caregivers to empower them to take control of their care needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collecting and reviewing documentation from caregivers and families to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Providing clear guidance and support throughout the documentation process via phone, text, and email.
  • Managing a high volume of daily interactions, demonstrating professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Verifying that all documentation meets state regulations and Medicaid/Medicare requirements.
  • Communicating effectively and compassionately with families and caregivers to ensure a supportive experience.
  • Maintaining well-organized records, monitoring upcoming expirations, and sending timely reminders to prevent lapses.
  • Partnering with onboarding, credentialing, and support teams to ensure a seamless process for families and caregivers.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in customer service, administrative support, or healthcare-related roles.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail in document review and tracking.
  • Clear, professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, shared drives, and/or document management tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities, manage follow-ups, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach when supporting families and caregivers.
  • Familiarity with healthcare documentation, HIPAA, or Medicaid processes is a plus (not required).
