We're looking for dedicated professionals to empower underserved families and take the transformative step of accessing care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, review, and track required documentation from caregivers and families.
  • Makes outbound calls and responds to inbound inquiries to guide families through the documentation process.
  • Handles a high volume of phone interactions daily while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Ensures all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with state and Medicaid/Medicare regulations.
  • Communicates clearly and compassionately with families via phone, text, and email.
  • Maintains organized records and tracks expiring documents, sending timely reminders.
  • Collaborates with onboarding, credentialing, and family support teams to deliver a smooth experience.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in customer service, administrative, or healthcare support roles.
  • Proven experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail when reviewing documents.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, shared drives, or document tracking tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize follow-ups, and meet deadlines.
  • A compassionate and patient approach when working with families and caregivers.
  • Familiarity with healthcare documentation, HIPAA, or Medicaid is a bonus but not required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written) is a strong plus.
