Job Description

We're tackling the challenge of family caregiving, aiming to train and employ caregivers so they can get paid for the care they already provide at home.

This is not a typical sales or customer success position. You'll be working with real families with real human problems, empowering underserved families to access care.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will collect, review, and track required documentation from caregivers and families.
  • Making outbound calls and responding to inbound inquiries to guide families through the documentation process.
  • Handling a high volume of phone interactions daily while maintaining professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with state and Medicaid/Medicare regulations.
  • Communicating clearly and compassionately with families via phone, text, and email.
  • Maintaining organized records and tracking expiring documents, sending timely reminders.
  • Collaborating with onboarding, credentialing, and family support teams to deliver a smooth experience.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare support role.
  • Proven experience handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail when reviewing documents.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize follow-ups, and meet deadlines.
  • A compassionate and patient approach when working with families and caregivers.
  • Familiarity with healthcare documentation, HIPAA, or Medicaid is a plus.
