Family Empowerment AssociateThe Role Description

This is a professional position that involves working with families who are in need of support and guidance.

We're seeking passionate and empathetic individuals to join our team. This role is not your typical sales or customer success position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the family empowerment function. You'll oversee our family training pipeline, help families reach their potential, and provide best-in-class clinical training to care for others.
  • Uplift Families. Guide families through the healthcare and training maze and be their biggest supporter during highs and lows.
  • Partner with technology, clinical, and product teams. Be a critical voice for collaboration to advance our mission.
  • Build a Thriving Community. Help coordinate meet-ups, introduce families to each other, and organize events, seminars, and conversations that empower families to rely on one another.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1-4 years of sales or customer success experience in a professional role. This can include:
  • Account Management
  • Customer Success Development
  • Call Center Development
  • Excellent project management and process execution skills. Ability to handle complex, cross-functional initiatives, set goals, and optimize workflows.
  • Experience in business analytics and performance measurement (or willingness to learn). Proficient with spreadsheets and growth dashboards.
  • Deep empathy, tenacity, charisma, and patience.
