Content Strategist

We are seeking a strategic storyteller to drive pipeline, thought leadership, and brand authority through content marketing.

This is an opportunity to own the full content engine, shaping editorial strategy, producing and repurposing assets, and distributing across multiple channels. You will be a community manager for the brand on corporate channels and collaborate with leadership, sales, and subject-matter experts to create engaging content that cuts through the noise in B2B and sparks conversations in the CX community.

  • Develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable results.
  • Own the editorial calendar: plan, produce, and optimize content across formats (articles, reports, case studies, social media posts, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture stories, proof points, and differentiators.
  • Analyze performance and continuously refine what works.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience in copywriting, content strategy, or social media).
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B content marketing.
  • Proven track record of building content programs that drive measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer's journey, lead nurturing, and pipeline-focused marketing tactics.
