Strategic Talent Partner

As a key member of our organization, you will be working closely with business leaders to develop and implement talent initiatives that drive strategic business goals.
- Understand all key business initiatives and objectives for each supported area.
- Deliver solutions to challenges affecting the success of the business.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding talent initiatives to the business.
- Develop a relationship of trust with key leaders at multiple levels.
- Partner with and leverage human capital teams across talent acquisition, development, payroll, and legal.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance (coaching, career development, disciplinary actions) and manage employee relation issues.
- Support various human capital activities including employee relations, compensation administration, job evaluations, policy interpretation, etc.
- Experience in SHRM or continued education.
- Strong experience in multiple HR disciplines (total rewards, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, etc.).
- Proven ability to build relationships of trust with leadership (Executive Director and Director level) and influence leaders and teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coach and influence people leaders.
