About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in driving business growth through effective product management.

  • Ensure profitable growth of trade and supply chain finance products by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase sales and revenue, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as product volume, ADB, and revenues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, IT, and risk to ensure seamless product execution, foster innovation, and drive business outcomes.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and ethics, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal policies.
  • Pursue customized deals with the sales team and relationship managers (RMs), analyzing complex customer requirements and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and optimized pricing strategies.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Address client issues promptly, providing effective solutions and escalating concerns as needed.
  • Recommend innovative product variants to cater to evolving customer needs and ensure continued product superiority.
  • Interface with vendors and stakeholders to drive business outcomes and foster strong relationships.
  • Lead project teams in developing customer-centric solutions, working closely with finance, IT, and other departments to deliver results-driven initiatives.
  • Meet deadlines and escalate delays to senior management if necessary, ensuring timely delivery of projects.
