We are seeking an exceptional leader to oversee our cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality digital products on time and to spec. This role requires a strong understanding of project management, team development, and technical capabilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze team performance and project data to identify opportunities for improvement in delivery speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance workflows, launch new initiatives, and ensure website production supports overall business strategy.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10, setting clear expectations, managing workloads, and fostering accountability.
  • Ensure client deliverables align with business needs and drive measurable results through effective collaboration and communication.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations, overseeing delivery and quality of digital assets.
  • 2+ years managing remote, cross-functional teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with WordPress (themes, plugins, CMS workflows), including testing new features on both the front and back end.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Proficiency with Jira, Asana, Confluence, Slack, Clockify.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, SEMRush.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to align outputs with client goals.
