Job Title:

Senior Engagement Manager

About the Role:

As a strategic leader, this role involves defining transformational opportunities and articulating clear plans for the execution of change programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic engagements that shape and lead large and transformational projects at key customers.
  • Provide guidance to Sales & Professional Services teams to ensure alignment across each customer's projects.

This position plays a critical role in setting customers up for success by prescriptively shaping and leading the execution of complex engagements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Lead both pre and post-sales activities as a trusted advisor to Salesforce customers.
  • Develop and articulate comprehensive implementation proposals.
  • Maintain executive relationships and act as a main contact within these engagements.
  • Ensure tight alignment and offer proactive advice resulting in outstanding Customer Success.
