We're seeking an experienced leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a critical role in driving success and people management.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assign project resources to client engagements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal partners, fostering partnership, cooperation, and trust.
  • Manage own projects where required, overseeing concurrent client projects while maintaining oversight of risk, escalations, and issue resolution.
  • Mentor staff in leadership methodologies and best practices in project management to enhance project delivery.
  • Provide clear guidance on responsibilities, accountabilities, and growth plans, ensuring effective communication and performance appraisals.
  • Ensure development opportunities for professionals are used to improve skills in line with practice roadmaps.
  • Monitor alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives and solicit feedback from senior leaders.

As a seasoned professional, you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated relationship skills and experience setting and managing expectations.
  • Strong verbal and writing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively up to Executive Levels.
  • Extensive experience aligning diverse teams across multiple locations to deliver projects in alignment with project commitments.
  • Deep knowledge of stakeholder management, people management, and software project delivery.
  • Ability to lay out sound work plans and resolve competing trade-offs.
  • Ability to manage up to 20 people and provide guidance on their career development.
  • Demonstrated experience in leadership best practices and delivery methodologies.
