MCI is seeking a Digital Content Strategy Leader to lead B2B content strategy, drive thought leadership, and support demand generation.

This role is designed for a skilled marketer who can develop content calendars, create engaging assets, and optimize content for SEO and lead generation. The ideal candidate will be able to work remotely and have strong project management skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital content marketing strategies to target B2B buyers.
  • Lead the creation of high-quality content assets, including whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop ABM and nurturing content.
  • Track performance across the buyer journey and provide data-driven insights to inform content decisions.
  • Manage a team of writers and designers to deliver quality assets on time and within budget.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, or Communications.
  • At least 3 years of digital content marketing experience, including leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of producing thought leadership and sales content.
  • Expertise in SEO and keyword strategy.
  • Strong storytelling and editing skills.
  • Experience managing content teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
