We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including email, phone, live chat, and social media.
- Support customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns by offering thoughtful and high-quality responses.
- Demonstrated proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Familiarity with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is an asset.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- An adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset.
- A personally owned PC or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 Mbps internet speed for upload and download.
