As a Help Desk Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms. Your role will involve providing product information, quotations, and order status updates to ensure seamless communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing their queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate product information, quotations, and order status updates to meet customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met, including production, logistics, and sales.
- Manage customer complaints effectively, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and order history.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, order processing, or data entry.
- Strong communication skills with a professional phone and email manner.
- High attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
