This exciting opportunity involves working in a dynamic IT environment where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Candidates must possess a strong passion for helping others, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of computer systems, hardware and software troubleshooting techniques, as well as experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Responsibilities include providing first-line technical support via phone, email and in-person interactions, resolving common issues, escalating complex problems to senior technicians and maintaining accurate records of all incidents and resolutions.
Key qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, relevant experience in an IT help desk setting and proficiency in MS Windows networks, MS Exchange and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent time management and organizational abilities, and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development are essential for success in this role.
